I don’t know anyone who has grown up where it snows during the winter who hasn’t eaten snow - at least once! I grew up eating snow :) my husband did, and my kids did too!
If you grew up 'eating snow,' I’ll bet you have fond memories of it as well!
I’m currently in the ‘empty nest’ era of my life and have become a bit sentimental. I’ve found that painting pictures of my kids helps me survive this ‘season.’ My brush dipped deep into my soul when I painted this scene. I doubt there is a stronger love (except God's) than that of a mother for her children.
This is a great seasonal painting. I think it's fun to change out paintings during the year.
