I love winter, from watching the snow come down to seeing the snow sparkling in the morning sun! Living in a cold, snowy climate means you either stay inside during the winter months, or learn to enjoy outdoor activities. No staying inside for me! I grew up playing outside in the snow, and I love ice skating! Every year my dad would flood a huge skating rink for us in our backyard. We would skate for hours every possible day with family and friends. People still tell me they remember the many skating parties we had.
