Matthew 8:23-27
Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him.Suddenly a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping.The disciples went and woke him, saying, “Lord, save us! We’re going to drown!” He replied,“You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.The men were amazed and asked,
“What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!”

Collaborating together writing and illustrating children’s books is something David and Violet have been dreaming about doing for years. With “You’ll Never Guess What I Saw.... At the Lake” that dream has finally become what the best of dreams yearn for: Reality!
Writing for kids is something David absolutely loves to do! (He’s been doing it since 1994, writing Children’s Messages every Sunday at the church where he’s pastor.) And Violet’s passion is creating art with kids - and teaching classes so kids can create their own art! She studied to be a Fine Art Painter at School of Associated Arts on St.Paul’s historic Summit Avenue.Violet and David have two grown children and live in New London, MN
