Our sweet Hemingway died this winter :(:(:( He was 14 years old. we miss him!!!

 I was given two runner ducks sweet Levi :) They are so whimsical that they just bring a smile to my face!!!
Our cat, Mr. Salt seems a bit too interested in our new runner ducks, Blueberry and Pancake. I'm not quite sure if he'd like to be friends or to eat them for lunch!!!  Our first attempt turned out!!! We made it using olive oil, lye and water. It now cures 4 to 6 weeks. I am researching recipes. It will be fun to see what I can add to it.
